We offer a safe comfortable beach house with lots of beach toys and amenities to help make your stay memorable. We can help you create a vacation adventure whether you’re planning a laid-back beach vacation, an outdoor adventure trip to the islands for whale watching, sailing for the day, or a coastal escape with friends and family to explore the best vistas and cultural sites that the Southern California coast has to offer!

To avoid surprises and ensure a smooth stay, its important you understand the rules! First of all, have fun! Be Kind and considerate of full time neighbor residents and other nearby operating vacation rentals. Think of house rules as a shared agreement between us to ensure:

• A clean, peaceful environment for all

• Safety for you, your group, and the property

• Courtesy toward neighbors and future guests

• Fewer awkward misunderstandings during your stay

When everyone plays by the same rules, the good times roll on. Short term rentals are only permitted in communities as long as they are good for the community, so lets be a good neighbor!

• 10pm outdoor quiet time with hot tub jets off by 10:30pm. Neighbors are close

• Check in 3pm, Check out by 11am. Late checkout is only available when new guests are not expected.

• Cleaning fee is $180. All amenities are inventoried after each stay.

Cancellation Terms: Fully refundable up to 5 days before check in, then booking becomes non refundable.
Payment Terms: 50% is due at booking and remainder 30 days before check in. If booking checks in less than 30 days 100% is due at booking.
Minimum Age to Book: 21

YES! We welcome dogs only (no cats) with $100 pet fee per dog paid before arrival; only registered pets with the paid fee are allowed, and dogs must be crated if left alone, kept off the furniture, leashed when outdoors except when in the fenced yard, and their waste cleaned up right away.  Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the home without human supervision. Small to medium well behaved furry family members are welcome.

We have small dog beds/linens just for your pet, feeding/water dishes, a pooper scooper for the cement backyard (no grass on premises) and a couple of leashes.

There is an additional pet deposit to ensure your responsibility for any pet related damages. Dogs are not allowed on beds or other furniture.

Backyard is gated.

Accidents happen and we understand. We will consider damage value and We are also available 24/7 and a property manager is available nearby in an emergency.

We aim to respond quickly—usually within <30 minutes when your a guest.
