We welcome well-behaved dogs only (no cats).

A $200 pet fee per dog is required and must be paid before arrival.

Only registered pets are permitted. Dogs must be crated if left alone, kept off all furniture and beds, leashed outdoors (except in the gated backyard), and never left unattended without human supervision. Waste must be cleaned up immediately.

Dog beds, bowls, leashes, dog gates, and cleanup supplies are provided.

The maximum occupancy for overnight guests is 6 persons. Additional guests during the day and evening are welcome upon request. Please understand that the home is in close proximity to neighbors and quiet hours are required to be followed (10PM-7AM).

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
