Terms of Service – Strand N’ Sea Vacation Rental

Welcome to Strand N’ Sea, by booking this property, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms ensure a safe, enjoyable, and legal stay for all guests and protect the property owners.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 All bookings must be made through Airbnb, VRBO, or other approved booking platforms.
1.2 Full payment is required to secure a reservation. Accepted payment methods include those supported by the booking platform.
1.3 Bookings are considered confirmed only once payment is processed and the guest receives a confirmation from the platform.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

2.1 Check-in time: 3:00 PM
2.2 Check-out time: 11:00 AM
2.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

3. Guest Responsibilities

3.1 Guests must provide accurate information at booking, including number of guests and any pets (if allowed).
3.2 Guests agree to treat the property with respect, maintain cleanliness, and follow posted house rules.
3.3 No illegal activities, parties, or disruptive behavior are permitted.

4. Occupancy & Maximum Guests

5. Property Use & Safety

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.2 Refunds for damages or cancellations outside platform policies are at the discretion of the property owner.

7. Damage & Security Deposit

7.1 Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
7.2 The property may require a security deposit through the booking platform, refundable after inspection.

8. Liability & Indemnification

8.1 The property owner is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of property.
8.2 Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and management from any claims arising from their stay.

9. House Rules

9.1 No smoking inside the property.
9.2 No pets allowed unless pre-approved.
9.3 Respect neighbors; keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
9.4 Trash must be disposed of in designated bins.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
10.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the property is located.

11. Modifications

11.1 The property owner reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
11.2 Guests will be bound by the version in effect at the time of booking.
